Mud Festival (July 15 & 16)

Boryeong City holds a Mud Festival every year, where they take a special mud found around the city and put it on a very nice beach, for tourists. They have vats of it that you can paint yourself with, mud wrestle in, slide down, surf and do many other activities. They also have bands, talent shows, water sports and a great display of fireworks.
So a group of 7 of us took a train down to the city and stayed in a one bedroom motel room, where we got to sleep on the floor. But we spent most of our time getting muddy and playing in the ocean. Supposedly the mud is great for your skin, but I'm not sure if I could tell a difference. The only activity I did was mud wrestling, with a guy we went with. It was so sandy, however, I came out of the blow up, wrestling cage with torn up, bleeding knees and elbows. It was totally worth it.
So the weekend was really fun, but I just wish Chris was there to do everything with me.
